2010 Sleeper: Jason Campbell QB Oakland Raiders

Poor Jason Campbell.

He came into the NFL with great expectations. Unfortunately circumstances conspired against him. He had to deal with a new offensive coordinator every season, and almost as many head coaches. The Redskins refused to upgrade the wide receivers to any significant degree and the offensive line was one of the worst in the league the last couple of seasons.

But things are definitely looking up for the strong-armed quarterback. Thanks to a Draft Day trade (a fourth round pick to the Redskins) Campbell is going to the Oakland Raiders, a team that has been looking for a quarterback that can excel in a vertical passing attack.

Of course Raiders Head Coach Tom Cable has suggested that he'll allow JaMarcus Russell to compete with Campbell. That sounds like bluster, especially with rumors of Russell's imminent release running rampant. If Russell were to get hurt the Raiders would have to pay his entire salary. The biggest bust in draft history will not be a Raider when the season begins, even if he does make it through mini-camp.
